At Bodies Built for Life, we don’t just want to help you look and feel amazing in your skin - we also want to help you build a mobile, strong, and smart body with longevity that can support you throughout life and it’s many obstacles.

We believe movement is magic and that exercise can be accessible, safe and adaptable to all bodies, so it is important to build a positive and sustainable relationship with it.

Do you have an unsustainable body?

Exercise should not always cause you to wake up with sore joints, and it should not stop you from moving functionally through your day-to-day life because your training has resulted in ongoing pain or decreased mobility.

These are symptoms of an unsustainable body, meaning that it is likely to lose the results of hard work because it has not been consciously trained to handle the tasks of everyday life.

It is possible to create the body you want without NUTRITIONAL restrictions, injury, decreased functionality, or pain.

It is also possible to build the body you want alongside any health conditions, injuries, or disorders.

It can be tricky to know where to begin, how to work with your body, and how to go about achieving your goals.

Charlotte is a highly experienced Barre, Pilates, Reformer teacher, Exercise Referral Coach, Personal Trainer and Back Pain specialist who has worked successfully in the fitness industry for over 8 years. Passionate about bridging the gap between the fitness and medical world, charlotte brings her wealth of experience and education in both holistic methods and weight training to create bodies with longevity and real results. Alongside training private 1:1 clients, clinic referral clients and teaching corporate wellness, she hosts community events and has collaborated with established worldwide brands such as the Four Seasons Hotel, Vuori, Ballymore, and Sweaty Betty.

Charlotte is a high-energy, motivating and nurturing trainer who takes a scientific, yet holistic approach to coaching, and always goes the extra mile to help her clients succeed, and feel heard and supported.

Whether you are a mum getting back into exercise after giving birth, an athlete recovering from injury, or an individual struggling with arthritis, our approach to personal training at Bodies Built for Life is heavily curated to your body’s exact needs, and never a template approach.
